I didn’t enter real estate in pursuit of a business opportunity, but from a simple conviction: to stand close to each client’s life and help build a richer, more secure way of living. Raised in Osaka in a family that ran a small building-leasing business, I watched my mother struggle with the daily work and kept feeling a quiet unease at one industry-wide habit — “why is this world so rarely built around the customer?”
I turned that unease into resolve and founded INA&Associates Inc. in 2020. What a “customer-first” company values most is genuine, trusted relationships. We work as a single dedicated point of contact from start to finish, with specialist legal staff stepping in for critical work such as drafting contracts, so a team of professionals protects each client’s most important assets.
